BeamCraft Shop

Terms & Conditions

Your order

BeamCraft provides personalised engraving from Southport. Contact engraving@beamcraft.io. Product availability, engraving and delivery charges are shown before confirmation.

Price and approval

Check the item, material, exact engraving, quantity, discount and delivery total before payment. Unsupported artwork, relief or material combinations require a custom quote and approval. No hidden compulsory charge is added after payment.

Personalisation

You are responsible for checking the details you supply. BeamCraft will not silently autocorrect names or telephone numbers. If BeamCraft produces an error that differs from the approved order, your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Payment and fulfilment

Payment is verified server-side. Production follows order/artwork approval. Estimates are not guaranteed dates. Collection is arranged privately. A payment issue must be reconciled before paying again.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes statutory rights for faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrectly produced goods. Read the returns and cancellation policy for personalised and non-personalised goods.

Postal Shipping

Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, offshore and international destinations require fully charged tracked shipping. If no approved rate exists, a shipping quote is required before payment. International orders use tracked services. Import VAT, customs duties or handling fees are the customer's responsibility unless BeamCraft explicitly states otherwise. Free collection is by prior arrangement; free Southport local delivery requires verified eligibility.

PRODUCT DIMENSIONS & VARIATION

Measurements are approximate and based on manufacturer/supplier specifications or sample measurements. Minor differences in size, thickness, shape, finish and usable engraving area may occur between manufacturing batches and individual items. Natural materials may also vary. If an exact measurement is essential, contact BeamCraft before ordering. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Goods must match their description. Statutory rights for faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods remain unaffected.
