Information used

BeamCraft uses order contact details, exact personalisation, private artwork, delivery details and payment references for payment, production, delivery and support. Marketing consent is not required to purchase.

Payments

Square tokenises card details. BeamCraft does not store raw card numbers or CVV. Payment references and verified status are linked to the same order.

Private files and addresses

Customer addresses and artwork are not publicly displayed. Artwork storage uses private, non-guessable objects and authenticated Admin downloads. Access is limited to fulfilment needs.

Retention and enquiries

Orders are retained for fulfilment, accounting and legal needs; retention depends on applicable accounting and legal obligations. Contact engraving@beamcraft.io about your information and rights. Existing site privacy/cookie information remains available on the legal page.

Basket storage

The basket and theme are saved locally on your browser. A first-party shop session protects checkout and upload ownership. Optional marketing is separate.
