Artwork & Personalisation Policy

Permission

You must have permission to use supplied text, photographs, logos and artwork. BeamCraft may refuse unlawful, infringing or technically unsuitable material and contact you.

File safety

The initial upload accepts signature-verified PNG/JPEG files within the configured size limit. Uploaded files are not executed and remain private. Other formats require separate approval.

Material-specific production

Standard suits simple names and numbers. Higher detail, deep engraving and 3D relief depend on the selected material and tested BeamCraft presets. Unapproved combinations require a quote, not automatic payment.

Check your engraving

Before payment, review the exact text on both sides. Confirm spelling and personalisation. No silent autocorrection is performed. BeamCraft errors differing from the approved order do not limit your consumer rights.
