Personalised goods

The usual statutory change-of-mind cancellation right generally does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. Contact us promptly if you wish to cancel or change a personalised order; practical options depend on its progress.

Your rights remain

Personalisation does not remove your rights if goods are faulty, damaged, not as described, or incorrectly produced by BeamCraft. Contact engraving@beamcraft.io so we can assess the issue and provide the remedy required by law.

Non-personalised distance orders

Where the statutory distance-selling cancellation right applies, you normally have 14 days after delivery to notify cancellation and a further 14 days to return the goods. Standard outbound delivery is refundable as required by law. Return costs and any lawful deduction for excessive handling must be disclosed and applied consistently with your rights.

Refund handling

Refunds use the appropriate payment method and lawful timeframe. No blanket 'no refunds' rule applies. Do not send a return to a private address without contacting BeamCraft for return instructions.
