Telegram is our preferred first contact for discussing custom pieces and sharing non-sensitive artwork. Please read our safe-sharing guidance before sending personal photographs or files.
Final specifications and proof approval are always confirmed in writing by email before engraving. We send finished-piece photographs before dispatch.

Beamcraft is based in Southport on the Merseyside coast.
Opening hours
All times are UK local time, with automatic GMT/BST adjustment. Manual replies are sent during working hours only. Enquiries received outside these hours are handled on the next working day, excluding weekends and England and Wales bank holidays.
Messages can be sent at any time; this does not mean the team is available for a live response.
Southport collection is by confirmed appointment only. These are phone and enquiry hours, not walk-in opening hours. We do not operate a public walk-in shopfront. Please agree a collection time before travelling.

Safe sharing
Use @beamcraftuk on Telegram for initial design discussions. Ordinary Telegram cloud chats are not end-to-end encrypted. A Telegram username can let you start a conversation without sharing your phone number, depending on your privacy settings.
For personal photographs or sensitive files, email engraving@beamcraft.io first to agree a suitable transfer method. You can send a password-protected, access-restricted file link with an expiry date, sharing its password through a separate agreed channel. Check the recipient and link permissions before sending.
Please send only the information needed for your order. Never send payment-card details, passwords or identity documents through chat or the enquiry form. No messaging service alone guarantees GDPR compliance; see our privacy notice for how we handle your information and your rights.
Behind the scenes
We are a new independent business and our channel is in its opening phase. Videos will be published as we produce them, showing our work and engraving process.
YouTube may ask you to sign in and confirm your subscription. Nothing is subscribed to automatically.
Contact form
For product quotes, please refer to the Custom Orders form — it asks all the right questions up front. Use this form for general questions, press enquiries, partnerships or follow-ups.
Send using the button below. Your message is delivered through the Beamcraft server, and a written acknowledgment reference is shown on screen immediately. We reply via email during working hours. You can also email us directly.

Great! Please use the Custom Orders form and select the product from the dropdown, or click Request Quote on any product in the Shop — it'll even pre-select the product for you.
Collection and drop-offs are possible by prior arrangement — please email first to agree a time. Exact details are shared privately once an appointment or order is confirmed.
